Welcome! This website is a space that reunites several things that I work on. If we are already collaborating, then we are already connected and this site may simply serve as a way to see some other areas where I am active. If we are not yet collaborating, then this site is both an introduction as well as a door that is wide open, unveiling possibilities for us to do something together.
I love making things happen and helping others to do the same. I absolutely enjoy the focus that comes with being in the background, refining strategy, or working in the engine room building processes and systems that deliver outstanding results. This makes me a natural partner when you have an idea, your baby, your brainchild that you want to strengthen. I get a lot of satisfaction from helping you to make it happen. It also makes me an ideal partner when you have something confidential that you need help with.
At other times my role in an assignment requires me to be up front, even if for a short period. In these assignments, you will see my face and hear my voice and, as always, I give my best whether I am behind the scenes or upfront.
Many of my collaborations lean on my understanding of and my passion for strategy, management and leadership. I am fortunate to have practiced these disciplines while working in the private sector, in government, at universities and also in the non-profit sector.
